Reconstruction Work Of Gangnar To Ruthhava Link Road - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 22.4-53mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with threewheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, screening Type-B to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. in pot holes filling and camber correction 2 Provding laying and spreading of graded stone aggregae (WMM) after mixing with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying with 1% OPC cement and 3.5% emulsion in uniform single layer on sub base/subgrade and compacting with the road roller to achive the desire density. 3 Providing and applying tack coat with V.G.-10 Bitumen usingdistributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. 4 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using VG-10bitumento required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type Cas per Technical Specification Clause 508. 5 Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C, as per Technical Specification Clause 510 6 Construction of Embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300-1 and 300.2per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 7 C/o Hume pipe culvert Excavation in foundations in ordinary soil (Loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5m. (5fts.) and lead upto 30m. (100fts.) & including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-incharges upto a distance of 30m. (100 fts.) from the foundation trenches. As per SI No. 251 8 Providing and laying Cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 fine sand: 8 graded brick aggregate 40 mm. nominal size) including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc.required for proper completionof the workand curing complete, also including cost of formwork in foundation and floors. as per SI No. 281 9 Providing and laying dry brick ballast (O.B.B.) under and half round of the pipe including cost of all materials T&P etc complete. 10 First Class brick work in 1 : 4 cement and course sand in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work. As per SI no 305(b) 11 Supply & laying of 600mm dia NP3 hume pipe including fixing of collar with 1:2 cement mortar. 12 Stuck pointing in 1:2 cement and fine sand mortar on brick work including supply of all materials, labour and T and P etc Requuired for proper completion of work as per S.I No. 574. 13 Colour washing one coat, using approved colouring materials of buff, blue, grey or brown shade, including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.
