Work of installation of roof top solar panels on the roof of various buildings situated in the Raj Bhavan campus - Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of on grid solar photo voltaeic power plant confirming to MNRE specification as ammended consisting of mono crystaline silicon solar cells , Net meetering and facility, neccessory protection, earthing , mounted on aluminium/GI structure of suitable strength in size of front facia not less than 5 feet and 8 feet of backside of Panel mounting height with following component complete as required as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. 2 Solar photovoltaeic module of capacity 535 wp or above, manufactured in india, confirming to IS:14286/IEC-61215, IS/IEC-61730-Part-1, IS/IEC 61730-Part-2. Solar photovoltaeic module conversion efficiency shall not be less than 16.5%. PV Modules used in solar power plants/ systems must be warranted for their out put peak watt capacity, which should not be less than 90% at the end of 10years and 80% at end of 25 years Make Tata/Vikram/Jackson/Adani/Waaree 3 Power conditioning unit( PCU) of 350-800V DC Input voltage range and 400 V A.C, 3 phase 4 wire , 50 Hz +/- 2.5 Hzs., Output voltages suitable to generate A.C. Power with efficiency not less than 97%, total harmonic distortion less than 3% and suitable for ambient temperature from 0 to 50 degreeC. The PCU shall adjust the voltage and frequency level to suit the grid voltage frequency.Make Sofar/Sungrow/Ksolare. 4 Data monitoring system complete with accessories. 5 Fixing of Array junction box & main junction box with IP65 protection and termination arrangement for incomming and out going cable along with glands, lugs and other accessories etc. As required. 6 Lighting and surge Voltage protection. 7 Connection and inter-connection by supplying and fixing required size XLPE Insulated copper conductor 1.1KV Grade armoured power and control cables between solar modules, main power cable to grid supply PCU Unit along with supplying and fixing of neccessory chanel/Conduit lugs and other aceessories etc. as required with net metering included. 8 05 years of AMC including servicing & cleaning etc of Solar Panel and Invertor from the date of commissioning. 9 abcdef 10 CABLES Supply and Laying of Following Sizes Aluminium conductor PVC insulated armoured served sheathed cable 1100V grade at a depth of 750mm below ground level over a cushion of 75mm thick sand all around and protected with burnt bricks on sides and on top as directed by Engineer-In-Charge complete in all respect including excavation and refilling. The armouring of the cable shall be properly connected with the earth conductor by clamps etc. 11 70 Sqmm x3½ Core Cable 12 120 Sqmm x3½ Core Cable 13 150 Sqmm x3½ Core Cable 14 Supplying and making end termination with brass compression glands and aluminium lugs for following sizes of PVC Insulated and PVC Sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 15 70 Sqmm x3½ Core 16 120 Sqmm x3½ Core 17 150 Sqmm x3½ Core 18 Providing laying and fixing of 100 mm dia G.I. pipe (Medium class) in ground (complete with G.I fittings including trenching) (75 semi deep) and refilling etc complete 19 Repairing of Road with providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) complete work etc as required. 20 SITC of Factory Fabricated and wired metal clad dust and verming proof floor mounting MS Channel Base with bottom andtop/side cable interich electrical net meetering panel with TPN MCCB (4 Pole 36 KA with thermal megnatic release bracket) switches. The Panel board shall have suitable capacity electrolytic aluminium busbar as per IS8623 with heat shrink slaving and mounted on non-hygroscobic support such CHC/BMC.
