Augmentation work from 63+40 to 2x63+40 MVA 132/33 KV Transformer at 132 KV Sub-Station Nagli Kithore under ETD Meerut - Following works are required to be carried out for augmentation work from 63+40 to 2x63+40 MVA 132/33 KV Transformer.The Detail of work to be executed is as given below :- 2 Shifting of main tank of 63 MVA Transformer from unloading point to the plinth up to 30 Mtr distance including turning of tank if required including all T & P and labor required to complete the job satisfactorily. 3 Additional Shifting 01 Job for every 5 Mtr. 4 Complete erection of 63 MVA 132/33 KV Transformer by erection of radiator, conservator tank all bushing oil pipe lines, cooling fans, topping of oil and final oil filling in tank, radiator, conservator, making contol cable connection of Bucholz Relay, PRV, MOG etc.to complete the job satisfactorily. 5 Circulation of complete Transformer oil in Transformer tank through centrifuging machine, centrifuging machine shall be provided by the contractor. 6 After centrifuging of T/F oil arrangement to be made (Oil sampling and providing to lab) for oil testing result from any NABL Lab/CPRI Lab Noida. 1. PPM 7 Following works are required to be carried out for augmentation work from 63+40 to 2x63+40 MVA 132/33 KV Transformer.The Detail of work to be executed is as given below :- Safe loading with the help of Hydra/Skilled Manpower of the following materials on private vehicle, safe carriage of the material from different Substations to destination and then safe unloading & stacking of the same.at destination S/S 132 KV S/S Nagli Kithore, Meerut 8 40 mm dia MS Round Bar (600 RMT) from 400 KV S/S Muradnagar-II. (Approximate Distance is 70 KM) (Hydra/ other conventional methods shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost). 9 MS Flat Size 50x6 mm2 (1000 RMT) from 01 220 KV S/S Morti under ETD-1, Ghaziabad (Approximate Distance is 80 KM) & MS Flat Size 75x10 mm2 (500 RMT) from 220 KV S/S Sector-129, Noida under ETD-I, Noida (Approximate Distance is 100 KM) (Hydra/ other conventional methods shall be arrange by the contractor at his own cost). 10 145 KV SF6 Circuit Breaker-01 No. from 220 KV S/S Shatabdi Nagar, Meerut (Approximate Distance is 40 KM) (Hydra/ other conventional methods shall be arrange by the contractor at his own cost). 11 145 KV Bus Isolator- 02 Nos., 145 KV Tendem Isolator- 01 Nos., 36 KV CT 2000- 1600-1250/1 Amp -02 Nos., 36 KV PT-03 Nos. from 220 KV S/S Shatabdi Nagar, Meerut (Approximate Distance is 40 KM) (Hydra/ other conventional methods shall be arrange by the contractor at his own cost). 12 120/70 ΚΝ, 11 KV Disc Insulators- 600 Nos. from 132 KV S/S Mundali, 132 KV S/S Medical and 132 KV S/S Lohiya Nagar, (Approximate Distance is 45 KM) and ACSR Moose Conductor 132 KV S/S Mundali (Approximate Distance is 35 KM) (Hydra/ other conventional methods shall be arrange by the contractor at his own cost).
