I/We hereby agree to render architectural and engineering design consultancy services for providing architectural and engineering consultancy services for Construction of FCI District Office Building Gurdaspur,Punjab as defined in the scope of work and also agree to abide by all the terms and conditions setforth in the tender documents. My/our fee for above mentioned architectural cum design consultancy services will be percentage hereby quoted of the estimated cost of Rs 3,14,35,200.00/- which is as per estimated cost worked out by the corporation and including GST/All taxes. Note: Bidder have to quote only percentage on(+) the estimated cost of the project shown in BOQ,which will be evaluated as quaoted price
