Taking downand refixing\" existing shutters of any description exc. 1 sqm and not exceeding 2 sqm for each and refixing in same opening. including, easing and adjusting and also refixing builders hardware as required including renewal of unserviceable screws, etc.

Demolition of cement conc. (un-reinforced) in ground floor not exc. 15 cm thickness and removing from the premises to a lead of 100mtr.

Providing 100 mm thick, cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in floor including use and waste of form work, finishing surfaces of concrete topping even and fair (without using extra cement), and finishing surfaces of concrete in sub-floors, sub-bases, etc. even and rough to receive the topping layer.

Providing and laying Vitrified tilesin floor (Size of Tile 600 x 600 mm)(thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS : 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints with Epoxy.Make for Tile shall be JOHNSON / KAJARIA / SOMANY / NITCO / ORIENT BELL / ASIAN / AGL and make for adhesive shall be ROFF / KAJARIA / MYK LATICRETE / ASIAN PAINT / PIDILITE N.B. Shifting of all types of furniture (wooden/steel), keep aside, place in order after fixing of tiles including dismantling of branded furniture and refitting carefully. Any damage to furniture during shifting/dismantling/refitting shall be borne by contractor.

Anti-termite treatment along the wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre (one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2) to match the existing floors.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.to receive plaster and rendering 15mm thick cement plastering of 1:4 cement mortar on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement.

Preparation of old plasteredwall surfaces & applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion matching with existing colour .
