M&L repairs to pot holes of any depth, not exc. 1 sqm each and including sweeping, free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc, cutting around edges to atleast 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat at 5 kg per 10 sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and shield with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of pot holes exc. 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L premixed bituminous, macadam laid / rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and paving bitumen VG-30 @ 4% by the weight of total mix (consolidated thickness 75 mm thick or less or as required) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 30 mm consolidated thickness bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete with 5.5% binder content with paving bitumen VG-30 by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by using hot mix plant and paver equipment and including preparing existing black top road surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with paving bitumen VG-30 at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.Note: If actual design mix comes less than 5.50% binder content, then the rate of recovery of bitumen shall be as per rate in purchase voucher per each kg for the purpose of adjustment. However, no adjustment shall be made if the binder content is more than 5.5%.

M&L moorum / red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers, spred thickness 100 mm, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc, and the like n exc 10 cm wide on road pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cat eye solar reflector type of metal body alloy of size 100 x 100 x 20 mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size fixed as per manufacturers instructions in repairs complete all as specified and directed.
