Bng No 9 At Necklace Area And Provision Of Balcony Shed For Type Ii Qtrs In Certain Places At Bnc Colony, Drdo Estate Pashan, Pune. ; 1 Demolishing brick work builtin cement mortar manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge 2 Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead complete all as specified and directed. 3 Earth work in excavation by machanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ Manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 M width or 10 Sqm on plain), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out all kind of soil the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50M, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 4 Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone Aggregate)as in a sub base foundation etc complete all as specified and directed. 5 Material and labour for Random rubble masanory builtwith cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 6 Brick work with non modular fly ash bricks conforming to IS:12894, class designation 10 average compressive strengthin cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. 7 Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc.,including the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing 1:2:4 Type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregated)complete all as specified and dircted by Engr-in-Charge. 8 Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge 9 Finishing walls with 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives.(Two coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm. Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm complete all as specified and directed. 10 Material and labour for MS steel work in single section, in angle and other section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer complete all as specified and dircted by Engr-in-Charge. 11 Material and labour for Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade, Twocoat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture complete all as specified and dircted by Engr-in-Charge. 12 Excavation holes upto 0.5 cum including getting out the excavated soil, then returning the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering etc, disposing of surplus excavated soil, as directed within a lead of 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, all kinds of soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 13 Supply and fix pre painted galvaliume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall,fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed. 14 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering1:2:4 type B1(using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specified and dircted by Engr-in-Charge. 15 Supply and fix Hard drawn steel wire fabric mesh of weight not exceeding4Kg / sqm cut to lengths, bent to shape required and tying with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm in dia, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
