H-03: Crack and water seepage observed on both waterjet intake duct due to entangled of rope (waterjet duct material- FRP). Defective FRP coating on intake duct/ water jet tunnel to be repaired and proved for satisfactory operation, scope of job includes following:-(a) Defective/ damaged area of intake duct (Material: FRP) to repaired approx size (Port waterjet : 30X15 cm and STBD waterjet- 50x15 cm).(b) Multiple layer of FRP to be applied on both duct to maintain thickness of 22mm post placing of FRP template.(c) Additional 02 coat of FRP to be applied on entire intake duct in water jet for reinforcement of the intake duct.(d) Job to be undertaken in floating condition and ship to be trimmed forward by placing dead weight to raise both water jet intake duct above water level to facilitated inspection and FRP repairs.(e) Job to be undertaken in association of class surveyor.
