    Tender For Labour Contract For Operation And Maintenance For Etp Work.; 1 OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF ETP PLANT 2 1. Arrangements are to be made for prompt and good maintenance of Effluent Treatment Plant.2. The contractor has to engage experienced qualified Supervisor at site to look after the operation and maintenance of ETP round the clock and one labour per shift ie., three persons/day to run pumps and other connected works in ETP.3. Taking sample from time to time by TNPCB for every month is the responsibility of the contractor and the TNPCB Lab result should fall within the norms prescribed by the TNPCB and treated effluent water analytical report should be reached from TNPCB before 5th of every month.4. The Supervisor should maintain the log book prescribed for the ETP and monthly analytical report has to be submitted for the treated waste water.5. The contractor should treat the effluent to the norms prescribed by the TNPCB and it has to be mentioned in the work order.a). BOD of the treated effluent watershould be less than - 30 mg/ltr.b). TSS should be less than - 30 mgms/ltr.c). pH should be - 7 to 8d). Oil and grease should be less than - 10 mgms/ltr.e). TDS should be less than - 1100 mgms/ltr.f). COD of the treated effluent watershould be less than - 250 mgms/ltr. etc.6. The contractor has to ensure to monitor the ETP water the aforesaid all parameters strictly adhere and to maintain the TNPCB norms. Since all the parameters has connected in on-line 24x7 monitoring system and the datas are to be directly sent to SPCBs / PCCs and CPCB (ie.,pH in / out flow quantity, BOD, COD and TSS etc.)
