Special/Repair of Baba Bajar kamakhya bhawani road km- 5 to Badalepur Link Road and 05 Year Maintenance work - Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. 2 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508. 3 Providing and laying seal coatsealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall usingType Cas per Technical Specification Clause 510. 4 The routine maintenance of above road work includingearthen shoulder, and bitumenous pavementetc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years.(including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 1st year maintenance cost @ 0.0% 5 The routine maintenance of above road work includingearthen shoulder, and bitumenous pavementetc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years.(including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 2nd year maintenance cost @ 1.5% 6 The routine maintenance of above road work includingearthen shoulder, and bitumenous pavementetc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years.(including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 3rd year maintenance cost @ 3.0% 7 The routine maintenance of above road work includingearthen shoulder, and bitumenous pavementetc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years.(including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 4th year maintenance cost @ 4.5% 8 The routine maintenance of above road work includingearthen shoulder, and bitumenous pavementetc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years.(including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 5th year maintenance cost @ 6.0% 9 Item No. 1 to 3 Cost of work(item No. 4 to 8 Maintenance work)
