    Tender For Repair/Renewal Of Pressure Hull (80 Hles) On Ballast Tank Ft 3A Ins Khanderi At Nsry (Kar) => Limited; 1 Surface cleaning and removal of existing paint by machining up to ST 3 standard on 80 HLES steel 2 Nitrile test of existing structure (580 x 300 x 100) 3 DPT prior commencement of degutting 4 Preheating for maintaining temperature till completion of work 5 Metal build up by Qualified welders at 100*C on 80 HLES steel using SMAW process 6 Post heating on completion of welding 7 DPT after 48 hrs. post completionof welding (580*300*100) 8 DPT after72 hrs. of welding (580*300*100) 9 UT of hot work affected area(580*400*200) 10 Documentation submission of comprehensive report (Weld methodology, NDT post completion of DPT along with recommendation on presentation).
