Development of Park Near H.No. C-12/225 & C-12 Near Community Centre, Yamuna Vihar, Subhash Mohalla in Ward No.233, Shahdara North Zone. ; 1 Trenching in ordinary soil up to a depth of 30 cm including removal and stacking of serviceable materials and then disposing of surplus soil, by spreading and neatly leveling within a lead of 50 m and making up the trenched area to proper levels by filling with earth or earth mixed with sludge or / and manure before and after flooding trench with water (excluding cost of imported earth, sludge or manure). 2 Rough dressing the trenched ground including breaking clods. 3 Fine dressing of the ground. 4 Putranjiva roxburghii of ht. 60-75 cm in bag of size 20 cm 5 Calliandra hybrida of height 75-90 cm. with 4-5 branches in bag of size 25 cm 6 Providing and stacking of Bottle palm of ht. 150-180 cm bottom girth 20-25 cm well developed in big poly bags of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge. 7 Tabernaemontana coronaria (Chandni single) variegated of height 60-75 cm., 5-6 branches in polybag of size 25 cm 8 Supplying & Stacking of Selection No.1 doob grass turf at site fresh &free from weeds having proper roots in green including loading, unloading, carriage and all taxes paid etc. and as per direction of officer in charge. 9 Supply of PVC pipe of 1’ Size of good quality 10 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: 13.99.1 One or more coatsi on old work
