Pre Entry Room: Size : 1.5x5 meter Doors (two in number): Made with aluminium frame and fixed with 6mm polycarbonate sheet.Structure Frame : All galvanized iron should be used design as per IS875 standards to withstand wind speed 120 km/h. Complete pre machined structure and cladding with polycarbonate sheet 6 mm thick multiwall UV stabilized material: All structures, rafters, purlins, trusses should be hot galvanized without welding. All main parts should be hot galvanized.Galvanised pipes of the structure should be fixed into the RCC columns of the structure with the help of fasteners and RCC. GI Columns pipes should be of thickness 4x4 inch. Base of the arch above column pipes should be made with 4x4 inch GI pipes. The galvanized iron used in frame should be of TATA brand. Steel used in RCC should be of TATA.Fixing of UV stabilized Polycarbonate sheet: Polycarbonate sheet of 6 mm thickness should be fixed on GI pipes with heavy duty aluminium profile on both sides.Fogging System : Hanging fogging system with heavy duty motor with microfogger, filter, and pressure meter to raise Relative Humidity upto 90%.All fogging system parts should be of NETAFIM brand.Climate Control System : Electronic climate control system which can monitor and control temperature and humidity. It should maintain chamber climate by contolling chamber equipments like cooling fan, microfoggers etc. It should have manual and automatic working options. One should be able to set required humidity and temperature with help of control pannel fitted with LCD screen.

Galvanised Iron Pipes should be fixed on the ground by excavatingholes of size not less than 0.45m length, 0.45m width and 0.50m depth and fixing poles in Cement Concrete mix.Distance between two column pipes should not be more than 3meters. Brickwork of 0.20m width and 0.20m height should be built on all sides of the whole structure. Complete pre machined structure and cladding with 200 micron UV stabilized standard poly film having more than 80% light transmission. Galvanized iron pipes used as columns at base and the base of arch above column pipes should be of 4inch thickness. GI pipes for remaining structure should be of 3inch/2inch thickness as per requirement. Distance between two column pipes should not be more than 3meters. All structures, rafters, purlins, trusses are hot galvanized without welding. All main parts should be hot galvanized. Galvanised pipes of the structure should be fixed into the CC in the ground. Galvanized steel used in the structure should be of TATA brand.Cladding: Ginegar brand200 micron UV stabilized standard poly film having more than 80% light transmission. A layer of insect netshould be fixed on the long sides of polyhouse. Where the insect net layer is fixed there the poly film should be made foldable such that the air circulation can be allowed. Brand of Poly Film should be Ginegar.Overhead Irrigation System: Hanging microsprinkler with lateral pipe, supporting wire. Microsprinkler parts should be ofNETAFIM brand.

High Tech Irrigation SystemHigh tech irrigation system supply and installation for hanging irrigation sprinkler system, MS pipe main vertical column 1.5 inch x 1.5 inch square pipe heavy duty two pole distance 3 meter and horizontal purlin 1.25x1.25 inch heavy duty arrangement of 16mm hanging water pipe line with inverted sprinkler 83 liter per hour discharge.System should have heavy duty sand filter, disk filter, heavy duty pump, cock assembly, pipeline, pressure gauge, 5000 liter storage tank.Valves should be fixed after every 20 beds.Bed Size: 10x1 meterMS Pipe should be of Tata brand.Water Pump – 3HP, single stage, brandSharp/Kirloskar/Shakti Hydro Products.Sprinkler systemparts should be ofNETAFIM brand.Sprinklers horizontal rangeshould not be less than 2.5 meters.100 to 200 beds to be covered.Note : Exact quantity of beds to be covered will be specified according to the per bed rate of the tender awarded.

Solar Street LightSystemSpecificationSolar street light with 18 watt LED lamp(Havells/philips), 40Ah battery(Luminous/Amaron) and 100 watt solar panel(Adani/Tata) with15 feet GI pole arm, brackets etc. Complete fitting with concrete foundation. Warranty should be 25 years for panel and 5 years for all remaining system.
