Tender For Provision Of Drainage Pipe At Main Kennel Complex At Dtf Trg Area At Dtf Of Rvc Centre And College Under Ge (North) Meerut Cantt.; 1 M&L for consrtruction of septic tanks, foundation in PCC 1:2:4, brick work in CM 1:4,RCC Slab covers including RCC precast manhole cover having 6mm plate embedded all around/fibre reinforced cover with angle iron frame Vent shaft and sludge chambers etc.,for 100 users including earth work in any type of soil (soft/loose/hard/dense) complete all as specified and directed. (Refer CEBZ TD Drg No TD/217 Sheet No 1/7 to 7/7) 2 Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 mtr and not exc 1.50 mtr in depth and getting out in hardness/dense soil complete all as specified and directed. 3 M&L for cement concrete (1.4.3) type D-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in Foundations filing and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. 4 Materials and labour brick with fly ash bricks old size built in CM 1:6 with sub class B, brick & straight or curved on plain exceeding 6m mean radius complete all as specified and directed. 5 M&L for 15mm thick rendering on Brick masonary wall surfaces in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compund finised even and smooth with using extra cement all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be mixed as per manufactureres instructions and shall be measured & paid separately. 6 Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. 7 M&L in 150mm Ultra PEDWC (double wall corrugated) pipe and all necessary fittings and fixturescomplete all as specified and directed. 8 M&L concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under, and hunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) for 150 mm dia pipe work in foul position complete all as specified and directed. 9 M&L for precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregrate) for manhole cover including placing and set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. 10 M&L mild steel deformed or twisted bar (TMT bar) 10mm dia and cover cut length bent to shape reqd,incl,cracking benching spirally for copying for columns hooking ends and bending with and including MS wire annealed wire not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed. 11 M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggragate) as in bed bricks,copying etc including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating making grovves for fixing of man hole cover including necessary from work complete all as specified and directed. 12 M&L extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including finishing the top of benching even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. 13 M&L for preparing plastered new surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash on wall surface complete all as specified and directed. 14 Removing excavated soil n. exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. 15 Returning filling in, including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exe 25 cm in hard dense soil completed as specified and directed. 16 M&L for consrtruction of Soakage wells exc, in ordinary soil,foundation eachin PCC 1:3:6, wells of honey combed and solid in M-25 Concrete, including intercepting chamber, screen chamber Brick in CM, RCC cover slab in M-25/RR masonary/Filling with brick bats, complete of size 1.80m dia X4.50m deep. (Ref TD HQ CEBZ drg No TD/309 sheet No1/4,2/4,3/4 &4/4) complete all as specified and directed.
