Execution of the account related work with provision of personal computer with sufficient storage capacity and its accessories including dot matrix printer or equivalent and other consumable to perform thr work like stationery with experienced staff having awareness of the accounting concept & able to develop its own accounting program confirming to the accounting system relevant in the Nigam. Firm will be responsible for maintenance of monthly account along with related schedules & lists as required by Dy. CAO CFA&BO, 2X660MW Jawaharpur Thermal Power Project, Malawan DIstt- Etah. All monthly account / records shall be put up by latest by 15th of the following month. The details of the related accounting work inDy. CAOCFA&BO, 2X660MW Jawaharpur Thermal Power Project, Malawan DIstt- Etah includes :as per scope of work Part-A, B described in tender document with the following :- PART-A: Preparation of Pay bills, Overtime /incentive bills, Monthly & Annually Income tax Detail party wise & Printing of Form 16 & 16A at JTPS, Malawan, Etah.A1 Providing one Computer & Printer at Jawaharpur Thermal Power Station Malawan, Etah for the reports & Lists etc. with Computer Software Charges, antivirus etc.A2. Master file creation (one time 250 Nos. Approx)A3. Preparation of pay bill of officers & regular staff (class – III, IV) with circle wise / division wise abstract & pay slips, GPF Schedule & all other deductions schedule. (in duplicate) (150 nos. approx.)A4. Preparation of regular / Pensioners Staff arrear bills, provisional Pension Bill, Revision,of DA, Ex-Gratia,Increment/ Pay fixation,GPF slip annually (in duplicate) (250 nos. approx.)Part-B: Preparation of Computerized Monthly Account and other related Works at JTPS, Malawan, Etah as per prevailing accounting policy in UPRVUNL/JVUNL (Records of Thirteen Months Complied)Any other works, as may be, assigned byDy.
