| 7 | Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of single front compartmentalized double door in-door type LT Metering Panel having 8 nos ofresidential feeder, 1 No of utility (staircase) lightingand 1 no. spare cubicle along with 100 Amps TPN Aluminium bus bar etc. The details of feeders & other associated auxiliaries will be as follows:IN-COMING:100A, 4P, 415V, 35kA TM Based MCCB with O/L & S/C, protection with Aux. and Trip Contacts, Spreaders with Phase barriers, ROHetc, all complete -1 No The incomer section shall be provided with set of LED type indication lamps, set of LED type ON / OFF / TRIP indications and Multi-function data meter with measurementof current, voltage, power factor, energy with RS 485 port. Also a set of suitable rated, burden and class CT and control MCB etc,. all complete shall be provided as required.OUT GOING:1. 32 A porcelain re-wireable Fuse Cut-outs - 10 Nos2. 32A double pole \"C\" series 10 kA MCB - 10 Nos3. Space provision to fixing of single phase BESCOM approved energy meter dismantled from the existing LT metering panel on suitable size of hylum/any other insulated sheet with view window for reading of recorded energy and locking facility.- 10 Nos. |
| 8 | All the above accessories shall be mounted in the enclosures made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet steel for load bearing and 1.6 mm for non-load bearing as per standard practice and shall be provided with powder coated paint. The metering panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP - 55 and suitable for indoor application.All the components like MCB / fuse cut-outs (energy meter from existing panel) etc,. shall be connected using suitable rated bus bar / wires as required. The provision shall be made available for terminating incoming cable of size 2R x 4C x 25 Sq.mm. Al conductor, XLPE insulated armoured at bottom. Also necessary cable alley shall be provided and provision shall be made for terminating all outgoing feeders at bottom/top. The necessary earth bar shall be provided at the bottom of the panel. Also necessary suitable mounting channels at the bottom shall be provided for installing the panel on cable duct / cement / brick foundations as per site requirement. The metring cubicle shall be designed as per BESCOM norms.The approximate overall size of panel shall be of 1150 (W) x 1600 (H) x 500 (D) or as per the existing site requirement. The size of the LT metering panel has to be designed to suit existing metring panel room. The GA drawing shall be got approved before fabrications, necessary concreate/ brick masonry foundation shall be made for grouting the above panel with necessary bolts and nuts as required. |
| 9 | Dismantling of existing LT metring cubicle panel board, disconnection of existing incoming and outgoing cable/wires all complete as required.The dismentalled LT metering panl and its associcated accessories shall be shifted to CSIR NAL central stores. The distance of between site to CSIR-NAL central stores will be around 1 KM. |
