Note:1. The tenderers are advised to visit the site of work to acquaint themselves with the access to the site, location of work, security rules & regulations, labour requirement etc. Replacement of tube lights is to be done mostly in occupied residential flats. 2. The rates quoted shall include cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding, transportation, hoisting, tools, tackles & installation including all taxes and other charges if any.No extra payment over and above the rate quoted shall be made to the contractor in this respect.3. The workers employed for the work shall strictly follow all safety measures as stated in safety code of this tender and also as per DAE safety code.4.The Contractor shall adhere to the provisions of applicable labour laws such as Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970, Minimum Wages Act, 1948, Employees State Insurance Act, Equal Remuneration Act, 1970 and rules made there under. 5.Contractor has to pay minimum wages, EPF & ESI to the manpower deployed for the work as per state/ central government orders issued from time to time.6. The materials used in this work shall be of ISI marked reputed makes & approved by the department.7. The work is to be carried out in occupied flats at the convinience & availability of occupants. Therefore, same may be considered while quoting the tender. No compensation shall be made for loss of labour in any circumstances.

Removal of existing Fluroscent Tube light fittings in occupied/ vacant residential quarters carefully after disconnecting wires complete and stacking & handing over theremoved items to the department as per the instructions and directions of E-I-C.This includes cost oflabour, tool & plants, ladder, taxes etc complete.

Supply and installation of 20W +/ 10%, >/ 2000 lumens, 1200mm length LED light with BIS certification, aluminum anodised body, inbuilt driver & frosted cover,wide operating voltage with PF≥0.9, Surge protection: > 2KV, THD<10%, minimum CRI≥80, CCT: 3000K - 6500K etc complete with 3 years warranty. LED light shall be got approved by the Department prior installation.
