Annual maintenance work of Gangolihat section under EDSD Gangolihat As per site condition sufficient Nos of trained staff should be deployed to execute following work. Detail of infrastructure as below.(a) Maintenance of 33 KV line,11KV line, LT lineie. Lopping chopping of lines, attend breakdowns and all associated works to keep these lines in healthy and operational condition to ensure 24x7 supply to the consumers connected with these lines.(b) To attend consumers complaints and grievances.(c) Replacement of machanical/Defective/Burn/IDF meters.(d) Release of new connections.(e) Disconnection of defaulter consumers.(f) Maintenance of 11/0.4 S/s.(g) Monthly Meter reading Through SBM and Bill generation. (h) Replacement of damaged T/f upto 3% of total installed T/f including head load & motor raod cartage of damage T/f upto JE store. If damage rate is more than 3% these T/f will be replaced/repaired by the contractor at his own cost.(The asset/infrustructure/Consumers Meter added during the contract period will also be maintained /executed within the agreement cost as being done for existing infrustructure.)
