No.U- 34 to H.No. U-24 and from H.No. MCD park to W-70-71 in W & U Block -by pdg RMC in Ward No. 224 Welcome Shahdara North Zone, DSR DAR CIVIL-2018 and approved items; 1 Road 2 15.2.1:Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in-Charge.Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) 3 15.7.4:Demolishing brick work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.In cement mortar 4 6.1.2:Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in:Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 5 15.3:Demolishing R.C.C. work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material with in 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer -in-Charge. 6 13.4.2:12 mm cement plaster of mix:1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 7 13.18:Neat cement punning 8 5.1.2:Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level:1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 9 5.9.3A:Centering and shuttering including strutting ,proppingetc.and removal of form for Suspended floors, roofs, landings,balconies and access platform 10 5.22.6:Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth levelThermo - Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more 11 4.1.3:Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 12 16.75:Providing and laying C.C. pavement of mix M-25 with ready mixed concrete from batching plant. The ready mixed concrete shall be laid and finished with screed board vibrator , vacuum dewatering process and finally finished by floating, brooming with wire brush etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. (The panel shuttering work shall be paid for separately). (Note:- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/ recoverable separately). 13 1.1.1_05:Disposal of materials by mechanical transportincluding loading ,unloading and stacking lime ,moorum, buildingrubbish for lead 5 km 14 19.19.4.1:Providing and fixing in position Pre-cast R.C.C. manhole cover and frame of required shape and approved quality.EHD - 35Circular shape 560 mm internal dia 15 19.26.4:Raising manhole cover and frame slab to required level including dismantling existing slab and making good the damage as required (Raising depth of manhole to be paid separately :Circular manhole 140 cm dia with circular cover 600 mm dia of grade EHD - 35 16 10.25.2:Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works 17 4.20A.1.1:Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for plain cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources and using recycled concrete aggregate (RCA) as coarse aggregate and fine aggregate within the permissible utilization. portland Pozzolona / Ordinary Portland / Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement.All works upto plinth level Concrete of M10 grade with minimum cement content of 220 kg /cum. (Note: The permissible utilization of Recycled Concrete Aggregate (RCA) as coarse aggregate and fine aggregate is 100% each). 18 16.45:Providing and fixing in position pre- moulded joint filler in expansion joints.
