(b) Outgoing - 2 Nos 800 Amp VCB :- (i) 01 Nos - (0-100) A) Ammeters, dual scale digital type & selector switches for ammeters and voltmeter (0-15KV), digital type, selector switch for voltmeter. (ii) 01 Nos. Microprocessor based numerical relays with O/L, E/F & S/C protections. (iii) 1 Nos-Set of dual core dual ratio 3 CTs 100/50/5/5 A of 15 VA burden and accuracy class-1.0 for metering and class 5P 10 protection. HT panel boards with 2 Nos. 12 Volts each maintenance free batteries of 100AH each with battery box, charging unit, capacitor bank for emergency delivering for trip system complete with suitable capacity of Ammeter & Voltmeter i/e connections with 2.5 sq.mm FRLS insulated copper conductor cable etc. as required alongwith power pack trolley. 2 Supplying,installation,testing and commissioning of 500 KVA,11/0.415 KV,3 phase ,50 Hz,Dyn 11, outdoor ONAN type,copper wound oil filled transformer with OFF load tap changing arrangement on HV side in steps of +/- 5 % & -10 % having cable end boxes on LT side suitable as per capacity of supplied transformer and detachable gland plate for 185/240 Sqmm XLPE cable of 415V grade in LT side box ,complete with all accessories confirming to IS 2026 (Part 1 to Part 5) & as confirming to IS:1180, Level-1 specification and as per electricity rule for the relevant category, manufacturer specificationcomplete in all respects including dismantling the existing transformer, loading and unloading as per site and meggaring the HT/LT cable, transformer complete testing on load etc as required as per direction of Engg in charge. 3 Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm x 600 mm x 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required. 4 Providing and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required. 5 Providing and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required 6 Providing and fixing H.T. danger notice plate of 250 mm x 200 mm, made of mild steel, at least 2 mm thick, and vitreous enameled white on both sides, and with inscription in single red colour on front side as required. 7 Providing and fixing M. V. danger notice plate of 200 mm x 150 mm, made of mild steel, at least 2 mm thick, and vitreous enameled white on both sides, and with inscription in single red colour on front side as required. 8 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III): 10 grades stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) 9 Earth work in excavatino by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. 10 Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc.. with charcoal / coke and salt as required. 11 Providing and fixing 25 mm x 3 mm G.I. Strip on surface/on ground or in recess for connections etc. as required. 12 Providing and fixing 150 mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class) with suitable size GI clamps of size 150x3 mm alongwith existing C channel for cable protection etc. as required. 13 Providing and fixing of Checkered plate 7 mm thick (MS) at HT panel cable trench i/c cutting, placing and position and red oxide primer of plate etc as req. 14 Providing and fixing of MS channel of size 75mm x 40mm x 4.8mm i/c cutting, placing and position and red oxide primer of channel etc as req. 15 Supplying and fixing of shock treatment chart with card board in HT panel room at sub-station room etc as req. 16 Providing and fixing 11 KV HT insulation sleev and HT insulation tape in transformer open copper bar etc. as required. 17 Providing and making temporary arrangements for connection of 11 KV HT line from main incomer cable to out side over head 11 KV distribution system including disconnection of old cable from OCB and making new connection to new 11 KV 3x95 sqmm, Laying cable outside from sub-station etc as req. 18 Dismantling theexisting panel, copper earthing strip, incoming and outgoing cable connections, switchgears, ACB’s, bus bars, including shifting the panel from the existing site and taking out from the sub station. 19 SITC of indoor type compartmentalized cubical panel of size suitable for 415 Volt, 3 phases, 50 Hz made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet with required hardware duly painted with powder coated.
