| 1 | Operation with daily routine Running Maintenance(minor) to ensure trouble free run of raw water pumping station of capacity 6 MGD containing 7 (seven) nos. different capacity raw water pumps & 3 (three) nos. recirculation pump of different capacity and control panel to run the unit in smooth and uninterrupted operation incl. collection of flow meter reading two times daily at inlet and outlet and as will be instructed by the EIC along with operation of valves and other related work etc.by deploying one no semi skilled operator & two no helper in each shift & engaging casual labour for cleanig Pump bay & sump. |
| 2 | Operation with daily routine Running Maintenance(minor) to ensure trouble free run of primary clarifier pond and sludge pumping station (of primary clarifier) minor running maintenance of clarifier pond including detrietor and clarifier bridge with central gearing mechanism and sludge suction mechanism. Sludge pumping station (of primary clarifier) containing 3 (three) nos. 5 HP sludge lifting centrifugal pump & 1 (one) no. water lifting pump of different capacity and control panel to run the unit in smooth and uninterrupted operation as will be instructed by the EIC along with operation of valves and other related work etc.by deploying necessary atleast one no.semi skilled operator and one helper in a shift&necessary casual Labour to clean pump bay. |
| 3 | Operation with daily routine Running Maintenance(minor) to ensure trouble free run of primary and secondary detrietor and sand pumping station containing 1 (one) no. detrietor, 2 (two) nos. sand pump of 3 HP capacity including 1 (one) no. bucket elevator for each unit sand collecting mechanismto run the unit in smooth and uninterrupted operation as will be instructed by the EIC along with operation of Gates , by deploying atleast one no. operator,two nos. helper in a shift along with casual labour or sweeper to clean gate gratings and extract from detriator. |
| 4 | Operation with daily routine Running Maintenance(minor) to ensure trouble free run of Trickling Filter (Bio-filter) including its central bearing mechanism and jet propulsion mechanism by 3 (three) nos. recirculation pump of different capacity and Secondary clarifier pond andminor running maintenance of clarifier pond including detrietor and clarifier bridge with central gearing mechanism and sludge suction mechanism to run the unit in smooth and uninterrupted operationoperation as will be instructed by the EIC along with other related work etc.by deploying one nos. skilled Helper in a shift& Casuallabour to clean water outlet and Pocket of the arm. |
| 5 | Operation with daily routine Running Maintenance(minor) to ensure trouble free run of sludge pumping station (of secondary clarifier) containing 2 (two) nos. 5 HP sludge lifting centrifugal pumpand control panel to run the unit in smooth and uninterrupted operation as will be instructed by the EIC along with operation of valves and other related work etc.by deploying ONE NO. operator in a shift&casual labor for necessary cleaning. |
| 6 | Daily routine Running Maintenance(minor) to ensure trouble freerun of all electrical installationof all unitpanel of the Plantincluding cable, control L.T. panel board with all accessories parts, MCCB, motor starter, main switch, changeover switch, necessary checking of transformers, earth resistance, di-electric strength of transformer oil, etc and taking corrective measures etc. complete including mainteance of street light as per direction of EIC including operation of 125 kw D.G set incase of power failure & trial run twice in a week for 15 min and maintaining of Log book of gen set, by deploying necessary one no. Gen operator cum electrician & one no. helper in a shift &HT electrician as required. |
