Rectification Of Marked Black Spot Situated On (Hardua Nala) Km 12 Of S.D.N.P.D.P.Road(S.H.101) - Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. 2 Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts. 3 Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 4 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. 5 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with grader in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.(1% OPC Cement + 3.5% Emulsion) 6 Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 per centby weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects. 7 Providing and laying bituminous concrete withhigher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4per centof mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects 8 Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulder with approved material obtained from borrow pits(carted earth) with all lift& lead up to 2 km, transporting to site, spreading,grading to required slope and compected to meet requirement of table 300-2. 9 Providing and erecting a W metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2m centre to centre 1.8 m high 1.1m below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 330mm long complete as per clause 810. 10 Supplying and instalation of Delineaters (road way indicators, hazard markers, object marker) 80-100 cm high avove ground level, painted black and white in 15 cm wide strips, fitted with 80x100 mm reactangular or 75 mm dia circular reflectorised panal at the top duried or pressed in to the ground and conforming to IRC:79-2019 and the Drawing. As Per Morth -805(8.15) 11 Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC 67- 012 made of high intensity grade sheeting type-IV vide clause 801 3, fixed over aluminium sheeting 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of property designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 em below ground level as per approved drawing. The Retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for a Certificate of having the sheeting tested for coefficient of retro reflection, daytime colour and luminance, shrinkage, flexibility, liner removal, adhesion, impact resistance, specular gloss and fungus resistance, 3 wears outdoor weathering and its having passed these tests shall be obtained from International/Government Laboratory/ Institute by the manufacturer of the sheeting and in case the Certificate is obtained from international condition, it should also be obtained from Indian condition within 3 years of launching of product by the manufacture in abroad. Alternatively, a certificate conforming to ASTM Specification (D 4956-09) on artificial accelerated weathering requirements from a reputed aboratory in India can be accepted provisionally. In such a situation, the Employer/Client, if so desires, could seek for a performance guarantee which would be released after receipt of certificate meeting the equirement of three years outdoor weathering of the sheeting as per IRC 67.2012. Legends, letters, numerals and borders etc should be as per MoRTH specification No-001.3.7 Proof of the same in form of government report shall be uploaded while quoting tender. 12 Supply and fixing of reflective raised pavement markers with its body surface made of tough polycarbonate and its reflective lens made of polycaronate micro prismatic lens (capable of providing total internal reflection) Cat Eye 13 Thermoplastic marking of 300 mm side and 15 mm height at 1000 mm apart (One set is of 6 strips) 15 mm height is achieved through six applications thermoplastic, aplied at an interval not less than one hours after the previous layer gets solidaified.
