Construction Work Of Rcc Slab Culvert In Place Of Damaged Culvert In Km 2 Of Sikanderpur To Manpur Road - Dismantling reinforced cement concrete or reinforced brick work including stacking of materials as directed by the Engineer-in-charge within a distance of 60 metre (200 feet) SI No. 694 2 Dismantling brick work or stone work in lime or cement mortar and including stacking of materials as directed by the Engineer-in-charge within a distance of 60 metre (200 feet) SI No. 692 3 Excavation in foundation in soil mixed with mooram. Shingle, Kankar requiring the use of special tools and plant such as pickaxes, sables etc. including all lift and all lead including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches and disposal of suplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (As per S.l. No. 251 (a). 4 Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. (PCC M-15) 5 Class-150 Brick work in 1:3 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour, curing and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. S.I. No. 307 6 Filling of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. 7 Furnishing and Placing Reinforced/ Prestressed cement concrete in super-structure as per drawing and Technical Specification (RCC M-20) 8 M.S. (tor steel or plain) in Plain work such as R.C.C. or R.B. work including bending for proper shape and including supply of steel & its wastage, bend hooks, and authorized overlapping shall be measured and including cost of binding wire. S.I. No. 504 9 Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. (PCC M-20) 10 12mm Thick plaster with cement and corse sand in 1:3 over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 12 mm including cost of all types of materials, Labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. S.I. No. 582a 11 Struck Pointing with cement mortar consisting of 1 Part cement & 2 Parts of fine sand of 1:25 fineness modulus including cost of all type material labour. T&P etc S.I.. No. 574 12 Providing and laying 90mm dia PVC pipe abutmants to provide weep holes S.I. 30A 13 Construction of Granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 14 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates G-2 of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory rollerin stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. 15 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates G-3 of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory rollerin stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. 16 Providing & applying tack coat with VG-10 bitumen at the rate of0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared granularsurface treated with primer cleaned with hydroulic broom as per Technical Specification 17 Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregatesusing Viscocity grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable hot mix plant of appropriate capacity not less than 120 tonnes/hour, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller, finished to required level and grades. 18 Providing and laying of premix sand seal coat with HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 200 tonnes/ hours using crushed stone chipping 6.7 mm size and penetration bitumen of suitable grade. 19 Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.50 M. in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20 cm. layers including remming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.50 M. lift and 30 M. lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30 M. distance as directed by the Engineer incharge. (3.0 Km cartage)
