Name of Work: For routine testing of power transformer, 33KV Panel, 11 KV incoming and outgoing and replacement/ installation of 33 KV, 11 KV outdoor CT/PT Unit, Repairing of 11 KV & 33 KV Pilfer roof metering cubical including replacement of CT/PT testing, Natural and body resistance measurement of 33/11 KV Transformer, earth resistance measurement at various 33/11 KV substation against M&R head for the period of 12 Months.under S.E. EUDC-Mahanagar LESA Jankipuram zone, Lucknow.

Testing of power T/F at 33/11 KV S/S’s under the area of EUTD-V including following tests:-a) Insulation test.b) Open circuit/Ratio test & sort circuit test.c) Magnetization current test.d) Magnetic Balance test.e) Other test including BDV & neutral and body resistance of T/F.The test should be carried out by bringing testing kit and all required instruments on site by the contractor, making all necessary connection for above tests and insuring healthiness of transformers. Complete testing shall be done.

Testing of 33 KV VCB by primary injection set. Testing of winding temperature indicator, oil temperature indicator, oil level indicator & buchholz relay, by operation of individual alarm/trip circuits of above. Testing of annunciation/indication circuits displaying on panel. The work includes cleaning, adjustment of relay contacts & springs by manual and protection trip command generated by relays through primary injection set and Overhauling, annual maintenance of 33 KV VCB with one year guarantee petty items & consumerable item will be provided by contractor and major item will be provided by department.

Testing for 11 KV incoming/outgoing panels including testing of CT ratio by primary injection set. Testing of relays, and its setting as per requirement. The work includes cleaning of relay contacts and adjustment of springs. Checking and operation of VCB/OCB by remote/local and manual/protection command generated through primary injection set with operation of relays and overhauling, annual maintenance of 11 KV VCB with one year guarantee petty items & consumerable item will be provided by contractor and major item will be provided by department.
