Exhibition 30Th Kiff The Work Related To Exhibition At Gaganendra Shilpo Pradashashala (Ground Floor And 1St Floor) And Nandan Foyer In Connection With 30Th Kiff - the work related to exhibition at Gaganendra Shilpo Pradashashala (Ground floor and 1st floor) and Nandan Foyer in connection with 30th KIFF - Printing, Lamination and Boards (Nandan Foyer and Ground Floor & 1st Floor of Gaganendra shilpo Pradarshasala) 2 Inkjet printing of Photogaphs ( size 48 x36) and 3 nos. for signages 3 Double Mounting including lamination of 110 boards with imported 6mm sun board (48 x36) 110 unit and 3 for signages 4 Carpeting (Nandan Foyer and Ground Floor & 1st Floor of Gaganendra shilpo Pradarshasala) 5 Carpeting of halls 6 Construction wall with wall paper inside the Hall(Nandan Foyer and Ground Floor & 1st Floor of Gaganendra shilpo Pradarshasala) 7 Temporary Construction inside the Hall as per design different type of Wall/partition / pelmet / Deto with 2x2 pine wooden, covering 6mm banded ply board. ply board covered good quality imported wall paper (as per design ) approx area (5500 sqft x 2 for Gaganendra shilpo Pradarshasala + 7000 sqft for Nandan Foyer) 8 Temporary Construction 3D Gate as per design ( 2x2 pine wooden, covering 6mm banded ply board Etc ) (Foyer 500 sq ft + Gaganendra shilpo Pradarsha sala 1000 sq. ft) 9 Flower decoration (Nandan Foyer and Ground Floor & 1st Floor of Gaganendra shilpo Pradarshasala) 10 Decoration of exhibition hall with flower/ plant pots, motifs, flowers and other necessary materials as per design including supply of inauguration materials and good quality comments book and pen. The rate should include the cost of keeping an attendant during the exhibition period 11 Installation and dismantling of mounted photographs (Nandan Foyer and Ground Floor & 1st Floor of Gaganendra shilpo Pradarshasala) 12 Installation and dismantling charges of the mounted photographs, write ups and captions including carrying , cleaning costsof the (size 48x36) display boards from Tollygunge Store to the exhibition venue to and fro. 13 DTP 14 DTP typing and printing including proof-reading of the typed matter in A-4 papers 15 Digital printing 16 Digital colour printing in 18’’X12’’ paper( 90 GSM) 17 Digital Colour Printing in 18’’X12’’ paper( 300 GSM) 18 Temporary electrification (Nandan Foyer and Ground Floor & 1st Floor of Gaganendra shilpo Pradarshasala) 19 Temporary electrification for exhibition works including supply and installation of required capacity panel board, cables, copper wires of different sites as required including earthing. Taxes 36 Including all Govt. taxes
