Housekeeping And Oil Spill Handling Works In Oms-I, Manali Refinery Of Cpcl , Ok , Supply Of Unskilled Class Labourto Carry Out Petty Works Not Assessable For Measurements/Minor Repair Works, On Day-To-Day Basis During The Cpcl General Shift Hours (0730 - 1600 Hours) On All Regular Working Days From Monday To Saturday. The Rates Shall Include Esi, Pf, Payroll Cost And Allowances, Fringe Benefits, Overhead Supervision, Profits And Hand Tools. Payment For Part Of The Day Will Be Made On Prorata Basis. , Same As Sl. No. 10 Above But For Working Beyond The Normal Working Hours Specified Above On Regular Working Days From Monday To Saturday, Working On Sundays, Cpcl Holidays. The Rate To Be Quoted Per Hour Basis Per Manpower. , Clearing Jungle Including Uprooting The Area Of Grass, Rank Vegetation, Wild Growth, Brush Wood, Trees And Saplings Up To 30 Cm Girth Measured At A Height Of 1 M Above The Groundl Level Along Road Side Berms / Drains, Under Pipelines / Structures, Tank Farms, Yards Etc.. Clearing Jungle Shall Be Carried Out Either Manually With Necessary Tools & Tackles Or By Mechanical Means Using Mini Excavator / Diggers (As Per Site Condition & Advice Of Eic) For Removal Of Grass, Plants Etc. By Scraping Completely From Existing Ground And Making The Ground To Proper Required Level. Scrapped / Removed Vegetations, Trees, Saplings Shall Be Bundled Into Heaps And Disposed Outside The Refinery Premises At Designated Places In Cpcl Ammullaivoyal Land Upto A Distance Of 7Km As Directed By Eic With Contractors Own Transport, All Tools, Tackles, Labour Etc. All Complete As Directed By The Engineer-In-Charge. , Clearing Jungle Using Petrol / Diesel Operated Brush Cuttermachines Including The Area Of Grass, Rank Vegetation, Wild Growth, Brush Wood, Trees And Saplings Up To 30 Cm Girth Measured At A Height Of 1 M Above The Groundl Level And Excluding Uprooting Along Road Side Berms / Drains, Under Pipelines / Structures, Tank Farms, Yards Etc. Clearing Jungle Shall Be Carried Outusing Brush Cutting Machines (As Per Site Condition & Advice Of Eic) For Removal Of Grass, Plants Etc. And Scraping Cut Grass, Vegetations, Trees Completely From Existing Ground And Making The Ground To Proper Required Level. Scrapped / Removed Vegetations, Trees, Saplings Shall Be Bundled Into Heaps And Disposed Outside The Refinery Premises At Designated Places In Cpcl Ammullaivoyal Land Upto A Distance Of 7Km As Directed By Eic With Contractors Own Transport, All Tools, Tackles, Labour Etc. All Complete As Directed By The Engineer-In-Charge. , Removing Oil Sludge / Muck /Oil Mixed Earth In Tank Farms And Other Surrounding Areasby Surface Excavation Not Exceeding 30Cm In Depth And Any Mechanized Removal Of Floating Oil/Spilled Asphalt/Lube Oil/Oil Sludge/Muck At Any Loaction As Directed By Eic And Disposal Of The Same In Sludge Pits / Bio-Remediation Sites At Etp-Ii Area/Amullaivoyal Area; With All Lifts And Maximum Radial Lead Of 7 Km Complete Including All Loading, Unloading, Transportation And Removing Oil Spillage During Transporting By Spreading M Sand, Scraping The Area All As Directed With All Labour, Tools, Tackles, Transport Supervision, Safety Permits, Safety Precaution Etc. As Per Direction Of The Engineer-In-Charge.
