General Overhauling Of Departmental Vehicle Jk01w-5914 Of Ground Water Division Srinagar. - General overhauling of the engine of Mahindra Bolero by way of :-Removing bolts holding the engine mounting brackets to chassis, removing accessories like air filter, intake manifolds, removing of alternator and power steering pump removing fuel pump and fuel filter, draining of engine oil, coolant, disconnecting fuel injector connectors, complete dismantling of engine and removing pistons, valves from engine head, removing pistons, connecting rods, crank shaft, camshaft and all other parts. The job includes cleaning of engine block, engine head and other components using diesel & dhoti cloth. The job further includes assembling of engine after replacement of worn-out parts, reinstallation of engine mountings onto chassis. 2 Providing/fitting of Piston set with pin and circlips 3 Providing/fitting of Piston ring set 4 Providing/fitting of Connecting rod bush set 5 Providing/fitting of Cylinder liners set 6 Providing/fitting of Cylinder liners seal ring set. 7 Providing/fitting of main big end STD bearing set 8 Machining of engine head / block and crank shaft including cylinder boring complete 9 Providing/fitting of valve (inlet and exhaust) set 10 Providing/fitting of guide valve set. 11 Providing/fitting of valve stem seal set 12 Providing/fitting of valve cap set 13 Providing/fitting of thrust washer set. 14 Providing/fitting of Gasket set. 15 Providing/fitting of Main oil seal 16 Providing/fitting of Timing seal 17 Providing/fitting of power Steeringpump to replace the damaged one 18 Providing/fitting of Fanbelt 19 Providing/filling of Steering oil 20 Providing/fitting of Steeringbelt 21 Providing/fitting Radiator assembly complete 22 Overhauling of fuel injection pump by way of Disassembling fuel injection pump components like gears, bearings, seals. cleaning its components to ensure proper functioning, The job includes replacement of damaged nozzles with new ones
