Providing ,laying & rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6mm aggregate by using penetration grade bitumen to required line grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base , including mixing in a suitable plant laying and rolling with three wheel 80-100kn static roller capacity ,finished to required level and graded as per specification clause 508 by mechanical means bitumen S-90 .

Providing and laying spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness and packing roller with smooth wheel roller 80-100kn in stage to proper grade and camber applying and broomingstone screeningbinding material to fill up the interstices of course aggregate watering and compacting to required density grade III as per technical specification clause 405.

Construction of grainular sub base provided well gradedmaterial in uniform layers with motor gradedon prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotavator OMC and compacting with three wheel 180-100 static roller capacity to achive the density complete as per technical specification clause 402 including all carriage of material by mechnical transport leads lift etc complete.

Providing and applying priming coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I) on the prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of roadsurface & spraying primer @ 0.70-1.0 Kg/sqm using mechanical meansas per Technical Specification Clause 502 (Low porosity)

Providing &Laying Seal Coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels,graded and cross fall using Type B, static rolling capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat type B, as per technical specification clause 510.

Clearance of Drain including Disposal of Surplus excavated Malba as directed by Eng I/C without damaging Public and Private property

Construction of earthen shoulder with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads transporting to site spreading grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table 300.2 with leads up to 1000m as per technical specification 303.1
