Hardware – •Rtu Cabinets. Each Cabinet Shall Consist Of Dual Redundant 32-Bit Cpu, Minimum 32 Mbyte Sdram (Extendable), Redundant Power Unit, Redundant I/O Cards And Redundant Communication Modules, Dnp3 Communication Protocol, Panel Mounted Touch Hmi And All Required Hardware For Pipeline As Per I/O Count Mentioned For Ngn Letekujan And Nrl Stations; • Cabinet With Fans And Light, Key Lock Door, 230 Vac And 24 Vdc Bulk Power Supply Module (Redundant With Diode O Ring), Mcbs, Cabling (Power + Signal) Inclusive Of Cable Ducts For Segregation Of Signal And Power Cables Inside The Panel, Signal And Panel Earth Bar, Inclusive Of Field Signal Terminal Blocks And Barriers; • Rtu Cabinet (2100Mm X 800Mm X 800Mm), Ip-54; 2. Software With License Etc., Complete With System Configuration And Programming. Software License Shall Be Valid For System Lifetime. 3. Terminal Rtu Shall Interface With Golaghat Master Control Room Through Optical Fiber Cable (Ofc) And Shall Have Mobile Communication Network (Gsm Connectivity) Dual Sim Enable Modem With Latest And Compatible To Upcoming Technology. 4. Modifications In The Existing Scada Software For Adding These Additional Rtu And Necessary Graphics Development And Scada Tag Creation In The Scada System Of Golaghat Control Room As Well As In Existing Scada Master Control Room Of Duliajan As Golagaht. 5.Control Room Is Going To Integrate With Duliajan Master Control Station; 6.
