Name of Work:Upkeep and maintenance of Inter Island Helicopter Terminal building under Civil Aviation, Andaman & Nicobar Administration, Port Blair.Sub work: Making temporary arrangements including decoration towards the ceremonial function ofdemo flight (Seaplane) at Civil Helicopter Terminal Complex, Sri Vijaya Puram.

Providing and fixing a temporary stage of size 9.75m x 4.80mapprox. (32\" x 16\"), height 0.75m (2\"6\") above Ground/floor level and 3.60m (12\") height above Stage.1. All frame work for stage shall be stiffened with bracings, runners connectinghorizontal, vertical supports made of suitable steel/timber fixed with nuts and bolts and be intact properly.2. 19mm thick plywood deck flooring over a heigth of 0.75m (2\" 6\") above ground/floor level with a provision of steps to climbing. Bottom side of the ply should be fixed all around and intermediate frame with wooden battens of required size. Floor top and steps to becovered with synthetic/Acrylic woolen carpet colour Red/Maroon and intact properly.3. Stage should be covered with steel girder beams & purlins for a total height 4.20m approx (2\"6\"+12\"=15\") above ground/floor level with 04 Nos. steel coloum of required size without any intermediate support.4. Backdrop & either side of stage upto ceiling level and gaps between the stage and ground/floor on three sides shall be covered with satin/jhalar cloth lining. Back drop shall be covered with 6/8mm thick ply with suitable frame.5. Ceiling should be covered with good quality decorative type shamiyana.6. Laying synthetic/Acrylic woolen carpet colour Red/Maroon of 0.90 m (3.0\") width on the VIP walkway from hall main enterence leading towards staircase of stage. The work shall be executed as per the directions of Enginee-in-charge. (Complete the workatleast 5-6 hours prior to start of function and thematerials should be taken back by removing upon completion of the function)

Providing, laying, maintaining and removing synthetis/Acrylic /woolen carpet colour: Green pile height: 009mm with all necessary fixing arrangement to ensure that it remains in position during the function as required as per the direction of Enginee-in-charge. (Complete workatleast 3-4 hours prior to start of function and thematerials should be taken back by removing upon completion of the function)
