| 1 | Supply and Erection of temporary Stainless Steel pipes along with strainer:study of working drawings including DCN/FCN/TAR, carrying out site survey for identification of erection location, taking out field measurements , preparing specification for strainers as per the field measurements, getting approval from NPCIL, Supply of stainless Y-type strainers of various sizes as per the approved specification including the stainless steel pipes of various sizes to match the strainer dimensions, Preparing of IMIR report, handling & shifting to theerection location, cutting and removal of already erected pipelines to match the strainer dimensions to be erected, erection , fit up & welding of strainer and temporary Stainless steel pipelines using GTAW/SMAW process and carrying out inspection, as per the drawings, and tender technical specification.This work also includes supply filler wire/electrode(ER347),arrangement of necessary man power, plant & machinery, tools & tackles, including all consumables, cleaning aids, arrangement of scaffolding purging arrangements(soluble/removal dams), cleaning the welded joint, preparation & submission of reports & as built drawings for acceptance and dismantling of temporary pipelines after flushing. |

This work also includes supply of hydro test manifold, pumps, pressure gauges including calibration, safety relief valves, high pressure hoses, arranging man power, tools & tackles,arranging hydro test setup including blanking of the pipelines as per the approved scheme & shifting of the testing medium ( DM/ Potable water/ compressed air / nitrogen cylinder),performing hydro test/ pneumatic test of various sizes piping, after successful testing,draining the circuit, cleaning & drying the tested pipelines using hot air blowers, inspection , preparation of reports and submission for approval. |

| 21 | Erection and dismantling of scaffolding for weld joints inspection during hydro test: Erection of scaffolding using standard MS pipes cross supports, MS clamps, for making approach/ working platforms and removal of the scaffolding , after the completion of work including arrangement of man power, plant & machinery , tools & tackles, consumables, and completion of work as per tender specification and working drawings. Note: The base size (plan) & height of scaffolding erected shall be considered for the measurement. No inclined supports, lateral support bracing etc. projected beyond base size shall be considered in measurement for payment. |
