Matteru To Irbanpalli Road Road - Cleaning the existing black topped surface including removal of binging materials with wire brushes and small picks, sweeping with booms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and/or compressed air to receive bituminous materials etc complete as per the direction of engg in charge. 2 Clearing & grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, sapling, &trees girth upto 300 mm , removal of stumps of trees cut eralier & disposal of unserviceable material to be used or auctioned upto a lead of1000 mtr including removal & disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm thickness 3 Excavationin soil in Hilly area by mechanical means including cutting & trimming of side slopes & disposing of excavated earth with a lift upto 1.5 m & lead upto 20 mtr as per technical specification clause-1603.1 4 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.6 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502& as per direction of EIC 5 Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 & as per direction of EIC 6 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregatesusing VG-30 penetration grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat ofType C as per Technical Specification Clause 508 of MoRD by manual means i.e.,without paver finisherAdd for extra widening near curves & pot hole 7 Providing and laying semi densebituminous concrete withhot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheelede, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) AR-175/47
