Pipeline and structure painting with surface cleaning 2. Cleaning of surfaces with buffing wheel 3. Application of 1 coat of epoxy primer <(>&<)> application of 2 coat of epoxy paint 4. Consumables i.e., wire brush, paint brush, buffing wheel and other material not mentioned here will be in vendor scope. 5. Shifting, Loading <(>&<)> unloading of paint from storage location to application location 6. All safety PPEs required will be provided by vendor. 7. The Agency will carry DFT measuring instrument as and when asked by AM/NS 8. 80 Micron reach to be ensured. 9. Work at height pass must require. 10. Paint, Primer, Thinner will be in scope of vendor. 11. MIO applications paint will be in scope of vendor. 12. Scaffolding, Crane, or Main lifter required for painting will be in scope of vendor. Movement of Manpower / Associates at our Hazira Site. 1. The movement of persons inside the plant by foot/bicycle/two wheelers is prohibited. Vendors must ensure availability of sufficient buses/vehicles to ply their associates inside plant premises. 2. Vendors ensure safe transportation of their associates from their place of residence to respective work location in the plant and back. Other Terms: Associate must undergo Medical Fitness at our Care Nursing Home, AM/NS Township, Hazira. This would be done as per AM/NS India standards and the cost shall be borne by the vendor. AM/NS has its own Secures Access system called SCRUM at Hazira Site which is used for processing the Gate Pass. Scope of Work- AM / NS 1. Work Permit for the execution of job Specific Penalty for non performance by vendor and must be cardinally measured - For non-compliance of safety Rs 5000/- will be imposed and for consecutive 3rd time noncompliance of safety is found, WO will be c ancelled. - Considering the large no. of equipment and area, hence vendor must provide 2 separate group of manpower for jobs as and when required basis, failing to which, penalty of Rs 5000 will be imposed.
