    Tender For Area Clearing And Topographical Survey Works In Cpcl Land In Sadayankuppam Village-- 1 Note:1. The work is to be executed in CPCL land outside the Refinery premises and hence security of machinery, men, equipments used for the subject work shall be arranged by the contractor.2.The entire area is covered with heavy bushes/jungle/marshy land etc. and hence necessary safety precautions to be undertaken by the contractor during execution of works. 3.Formation of necessary approach,construction power and construction wateris in the contractor scope. 2 Cutting & Clearing the entire area of jungle using machinery -jungle including grass,rank,vegetation,wild growth bushes,plants and trees of all girths etc, including removal of rubbish, grass, plants, bushes, by uprooting,cutting it, removing completely as per directions of Engineer-in charge with all tools, labour etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.The contractor should make own arrangement for entire disposal items and the wood generated from cutting trees shall be the property of the contractor. 3 Boundary,Topographical,Contour Survey of CPCL land in Sadayankuppam village using total station instrument and highly skilled surveyors,calculation of area,fixation of north,locating any topographical features like drains, rivers, channels, wells, pond, lake,water logged areas,major trees and all other visible ground features in the site,taking spot levels at every 20mx20m interval and drawing contour at 1m interval.The amount of cutting and filling required to bring the existing gound level in the entire area to a designated level shall also be calculated and submitted as directed by EIC. The charges shall include submission of 4 colour prints of the Survey drawings and soft copy in Auto cadd format.
