Name of Work: Annual work of sweeping and cleaning of all types of drains, roads, open area and work of daily door to door collection of garbage/waste etc from residential quarters in Sivariya colony at SSTPP, Dongalia.Note:- (1) Quoted rates shall be excluding GST. The evaluation of prices shall be done on least of the total landed cost to MPPGCL i.e. after considering GST rate quoted in the bid.

Item rate:- Sweeping & cleaning of all type of roads side drains, main drains, kitchen drains, covered drains, open kutcha drains alongwith service passage, back side of quarters upto main drain, hume pipe culverts. Etc. to make free flow of water including removal of dry & wet silt, leaves garbage , brick bats etc. and disposal of the same upto lead of 2 km by his own transportation arrangement etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer -in-charge(Frequency -Monthly)(Period - 12 month)

Item rate:- Sweeping & cleaning of main road, footpath , paved area, service passage of conservancy area behind quarters and all open area etc. including removal of all earth, dry & wet silt, garbage , brick bats, polythene , watse materials, falling leaves, vegetation and paper etc. including disposal of the same upto lead of 2 km by his own transportation arrangement etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer -in-charge.(Frequency - weekly)(Period - 12 month)

Item rate:- Cleaning removing & uprooting of gajar grass , bushes , shrubs, lantena, beshram & unwanted vegetation dangerous trees in quarter & road sides or at our places etc. from colony premises complete and disposal of the same upto a lead of 2.0 KM at designated area and destroying the same as directed by Engineer-in-charge (Areacovered with gajar grass etc by monthly(Frequency Quarterly)

Item rate:- Removal of dead animals from colony premises within 2 hours from reported time to the designated place within 2.00 km and disposal of the same etc. complete as per direction ofEngineer-in-charge(i) Small animals like cat, dogs, pig etc.

Item rate:- Daily door to door and from road site garbage binscollection of garbage , rubish , kitchen waste etc. from every quarters (about 1300 quartersincluding amenities buildings and approx 50 bins) of the colony including transportation by TATA ACE equivalent with provision of separate chambers for dry and wet garbage or by other suitable means and disposal of the same at designated place within 2KMetc. complete and as per direction of Engineer -in-charge(One job is equivalent to one month work)

Item rate:- Engagement of tractor with trolley for disposal of materialscollected from shoulder of the road , Tree & branches ,leaves etc.and debries dumped by the residents upto a lead of 2.0 km at designated area and destroying the same as directed by Engineer -in- charge (i/c collection ,loadingtransportation and unloading with all expencess and T&P)(Period - One Year)
