(8.5 Tr/ 15 Tr / 17 Tr) 2 Annual Maintenance Contract of window & split AC and Ductable units. Window AC 0.8 Tr/ 1 Tr / 1.5 Tr /2 Tr Split AC 1 Tr /1.5 Tr / 2 Tr /3 TrDuctable AC: 5 Tr/ 7.5 Tr/ 8.5 Tr 3 Annual Maintenance Contract and operation of 300 TR (100X3 nos) Screw type water cooled chilling units, air handling units, FCU’s, cooling towers, condenser pumps, chilled water pumps etc. There are 42 nosAHU’s, 127 Nos FCU’s, Air washer – 1 no, BMS system etc 4 Annual Maintenance Contract and operation of Basement mechanical system including lift/stairs air pressurization system with all electrical panels, fans units, fire sensors, etc. Axial Fans- 34 nos 5 Operator: - for 24 hrs operation (24X 7, 365 days) There will No Holiday on Sunday, Government holidays etc. Note: 36 (03 nos per month) 6 Mechanic (Monday to Saturday) Note: 36 (03 nos per month) 7 Assistant (Monday to Saturday) Note: 36 (03 nos per month)
