    Tender For providing chartered accountant (ca ) Services- 1 Prepare the complete monthly accounting of the university in Tally software. - Annually 2 Prepare the monthly bank reconciliation statement for all bank accounts. - Annually 3 Conduct a full audit of all affiliation fees, online fees, and offline fees received by the university in the month and match them with receipts. -Annually 4 Prepare quarterly financial statements based on university requirements.-Annually 5 For the relevant financial year, prepare and file the monthly/quarterly/annual income tax statements and TDS (tax deduction at source) statements.-Annually 6 Prepare and file the monthly/quarterly/annual GST statements for the relevant financial year.-Annually 7 Issue Form16/16A to every applicable deductee in connection with TDS. - Per Certificate 8 Submit replies to various notices received from the income tax department and attend hearings to properly represent the universitys case. Per replying/Per Hearing 9 Submit replies to various notices received from the GST department and attend hearings to properly represent the universitys case.Per replying/Per Hearing 10 Conduct a financial audit of the university. -Annually 11 Conduct a financial audit of other projects/schemes. -Annually
