    Tender Details

    Tender For Supply Of River Sand At Sp-Iii Project, Kirandul; Supply of clean well graded coarse to medium sand (Zone II or Zone-III), free from organic matter, harmful and deleterious materials and shall not contain clay balls or pellets. Silt content shall be in permissible limit i.e. not more than 8%. The sand shall be as per relevant IS Code (IS: 383). The supplier shall stack the sand at the designated place provided by the client within 2.00 km of SP-III project and joint measurement shall be done at site. The supply of backfilling sand for RE wall is inclusive of laboratory test for grain size analysis and direct shear test at interval of every 5000m3. The test for silt content shall be conducted at a frequency of 20 cum or part thereof. The rate shall be inclusive of all activities like loading at source, transportation up to designated site, unloading at designated site, stacking at designated site, royalty, testing of sand for grain size analysis and direct shear test at a frequency of 5000 cum of part thereof and testing of sand for silt content at a frequency of 20 cum or part thereof. The payment shall be made based on stack measurement without any deduction for voids.
