Scope of Work: The agency shall be responsible for maintaining 5 MVA Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) (as in where in condition). The agency shall be responsible for preventive maintenanceof the AVR and all occuring fault rectifications. The agency shall be responsible for maintenancetowards routine servicing once in a year with scope of work in Annexure-B and arrange labour for attending any number of breakdown calls during the contract period including fault rectification on-site as well as off-site if required. On reciept of breakdown intimation, qualified staff/ technician would be deputed immediately on the same day and fault would be rectified immediately on priority basis and within 12 hours so as to ensure that AVR is functioning satisfactorily. The AMC period shall be one year (01 year) from the date of commencement of contract.
