(ix)Checking ofUPS fuse. if found us to be replace.(x) Keeping of servicibility of UPS is the responsibility of the contractor for the entire contract period.Note : Response time should be not more than 24 hours from the time of receipt of complaint on any working day between 9 AM to 6 PM. |
| 29 | Disconnect the unserviceable battery lead connections from 65 AH SMF battery of 30 KVA UPS and transport the us battery to work shop for reconditioning work by using dedicated battery regenerator. Sulfation on plates should be removed by using high powered pulses, replace the us battery terminals , replace the electrolyte and recharge the battery upto 24 to 36 hours to gain more than 12 volts. After completion of reconditioningwork the battery will be refix at the same position including necessary testings complete all as specified and directed. |

(b) Any material required to be replaced for complaint rectification other than screws, PVC rawl plug, nuts & bolts, insulation tape, thimbles and as specified in complaint item shall be measured and paid seperately under respective supply only item.(c)The cost of attending complaints shall also include the cost of stationery required for recording complaint, complaint slips and its reports as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (d)All the complaint registered (except point wiring / sub-main wiring and connected S&F items)before 1000 Hrs of every day shall be rectified on same day upto 1700 Hrs. Any delay in complaint rectification a penalty shall be recovered @ Rs.100/ per complaint per day. (e) The items supplied by contractor as supply only shall be taken on charge by deptt. and shall be issued to contractor\"s trademen for incorporation against the complaints slips under item No 30 hereinbefore and proper records of same shall be maintained. (f)All T&P required by electrician for complaint rectification shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost.(g) Any disturbed surface during execution of work shall be made good as existing. Nothing extra shall be paid in this respect. The quoted rate are deemed to be included the same cost. |
