Tender for Replacement of control & Distance Panel and related works at 220 KV S/S Shatabdinagar under ETD Meerut. Sl. No. Item Description 1 Following work are required to be carried out at 220 KV Sub-Station Shatabdi Nagar, Meerut: 2 Providing of outdoor termination jointing kit and making the End Termination Joint of 33 KV 3x300 mm2 XLPE Power Cable of 10 MVAR 33 KV Capacitor Bank No. 2 & 3. There is no departmental staff/ machine available to execute the above work. So, above work shall be carried out through external agency. 3 (A) Dismantling of old & obsolete 33 KV Circuit Breakers of 33 KV Feeder No. 2,3,5,7 and LV Side of 63 MVA T/F No. 1 at 220 KV S/S Shatabdi Nagar. Work includes opening of all jumpers, dismantling of BHEL make old 33 KV breaker with the help of Hydra, skilled technician/ electrician after opening of Earthing and all Control cables from Circuit breaker, shifting of old/damaged circuit breaker from site to store/ suitable place in substation, alteration in foundation & Structure by cutting/welding of MS channel, angles and all other associated work to complete the job.(B) Erection of New 33 KV Circuit Breaker of 33 KV Feeder No. 2,3,5,7 and LV Side of 63 MVA T/F No. 1 at 220 KV S/S Shatabdi Nagar. Work includes Shifting of Stelmec make new 33 KV Circuit breaker from store to site, erection of CB with the help of Hydra/crane, Making Jumpers, earthing, replacement of old and damaged cable if any and connection of all control cable as per scheme of New CB with the help of skilled technician/ electrician and checking proper operation of CB (spring charging, opening, closing & tripping) and all other associated work to complete the job. 4 Dismantling of 01 Nos. old and obsolete Alstom make 132 KV Distance Control and Relay Panels Installed at 132 Medical Line Bay at 220 KV S/S Shatabdi Nagar in control room by opening control cable connections, earthing flats, nut & bolts etc., Including safe disconnection of all AC/DC control cables, cable loop panel to panel connections etc. & making new loop connections (temporary) for healthiness of other running panels as required. The work also includes opening from both end/ removal of defective/damaged/ unwanted control cables between different equipment in switchyard like 132 KV CB/CT/PT/DCDB/ACDB and Distance Protection Panel by opening cable trenches and cables from racks if required, identification of the control cable by providing suitable ferrules etc for later use and safe shifting of the panel from control room to designated place/ site store at S/S and all associated work to complete the job as per instruction of Engineer/In-Charge. 5 Installation of 01 no. new 132 KV Distance Protection Panel to be Installed at 132 KV Medical Line Bay in control room of 220 KV S/S Shatabdi Nagar after shifting from storage place, its grouting and earthing and termination of control cables in Protection panel as per cable schedule including providing and fixing of cable glands of appropriate sizes etc. with all other associated work as per technical specification. Above work also includes laying and connections at both end of 2.5 sq.mm 2/4/6/10 core control cable between different equipment in switchyard like CB/CT/PT/DCDB/ACDB and Control Panel if required, making control cable connections as required between control panel for looping. The commissioning of Distance Protection Panel shall be done jointly with T&C wing including troubleshooting as needed/necessary and all associated work to complete the job as per instruction of Engineer/In-Charge.
