Tender Details

Regarding inviting financial proposals for the post of Land Acquisition Consultant of Urban Development Trust, Sikar in single source tender under Rule 17 (1) of Rajasthan Public Procurement Transparency Rules 2013. 1. To survey the land to be acquired as per Khasra under the direction of the Land Acquisition Officer. 2. To determine the compensation amount for the land to be acquired along with the assets as per the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in DLC and Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act 2013. 3. U.I.T. Issuing notice to the concerned tenants who have given consent after receiving the prescribed compensation under Section 51 of the Act. 4 To distribute compensation to the tenants who have given consent, to obtain possession of the land and to register the unacquired land in the name of Urban Development Trust, Sikar in the revenue records from the concerned Tehsildar. 5. To send a proposal to issue a notification from the State Government under Section 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency Act 2013 in land acquisition, rehabilitation and resettlement for land acquisition of tenants who have not given consent. 6. To assist the Land Acquisition Officer in receiving objections and disposing of them as per the rules within 2 months after the notification is issued. 7. After disposal of objections, to send a proposal to the State Government to issue the final notification under Section 19. 8. Thereafter to assist the Land Acquisition Officer in issuing the formal award. 9. The said land has been registered as UIT in the revenue records. Registering the names of. 10. To distribute compensation to the concerned farmers. 11. To obtain possession of the land. 12. Other tasks which may be assigned by the Secretary and Land Acquisition Officer from time to time.
