    Sealed Tender In Duplicate Is Invited By Special Officer (Sewerage & Drainage) For The Tender For Contractual Operation And Maintenance Of 02 Nos. Of Open Nallah De-Silting Machines Under North Division Of Sewer Cleansing Department For Two Years. A. Eligibility Criteria, 1. The Tenderer Should Have Valid Trade License (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil), Pan, Vat Registration Certificate, Labour License, Esic And Epf Registration Certificate. Who Do Not Have Labour License, Esic And Epf Registration Certificate May Apply In This Tender, Subject To Condition That He/She Must Submit Labour License, Esic And Epf Registration Certificate At The Time Of Submission Of His/Her First Bill. 2. Tenderer Must Have Yearly Turnover Minimum 20% (Within Last Three Financial Years) Of The Estimated Value To Carry Out Such Works Successfully. In This Context They Must Submit Balance Sheet Of The Company Or Income Tax Return Certificate And He/She Must Operate A Current Bank Account In Kolkata.
