    Bids Are Invited For SUPPLY OF 1.2MM FCAW AWS/SFA NO A5.20 E71T1 2.5MM x 350 MM SMAW AWS/SFA NO A5.1 E7018 , 3.15MM x 450MM SMAW AWS/SFA NO A5.1 E7018 , 4.0MM x 450 MM SMAW AWS/SFA NO A5.1 E7018 , 1.2MM FCAW AWS/SFA NO A5.20 E71T1 1.2MM FCAW AWS/SFA NO A5.20 E71T1 Welding filler rods/wires must be suitable for FCAW/SMAW welding process. Welding Rods/ Wires to be supplied with Manufacturer’s Test Certificate (MTC), Annual approval certificate of ABS & IRS & Guarantee Certificate (GC). Vendor has to send samples to GRSE(QA) and obtain shipyard condition test / performance test certificate from GRSE(QA) at vendors time & cost post submission of technical offer and prior TNC. Vendor should make sure that test samples reach GRSE(QA) within allowable time given by TNC committee. Vendor must depute own representative to witness Shipyard Condition Test / Performance Test Certificate. Receipt inspection by GRSE(RIC) based on MTC, GC, Annual approval certificate of ABS & IRS & performance test certificate issued by GRSE(QA). Total Quantity : 847164
