Rewinding of ceiling fan motor including removal of burnt out complete existing winding of1200 mm sweep AC ceiling fan and rewinding the same with suitable super enameled copper wire as per standard practice and testing including providing and fixing of2.5 mfd capacitor. Removed winding wire shall be retained by the contractor and suitably credited its value and net value to be quoted. The rate includes cost of winding, cost of labour & testing, six months guarantee must be given against winding defects (i) 1200 mm sweep

Replacement of ball bearing of a 1200 mm sweep ceiling fans including removing old bearing,fixing suitable size new bearing, greasing, ressembling of fan and testing etc as reqd. (scrap material to be retained by contractor)

Replacement of bearing of a exhaust fans up to 350 mm including removing old bearing,fixing suitable size new bearing, greasing, ressembling of fan and testing etc as reqd. (scrap material to be retained by contractor)

Replacement of1200 mm ceilling fan shaft including deduct of cost of old shaft etc. as required.
