Name of Work: Repair and maintenance of BFL underground cable along Indo-Bangladesh Border in AOR of BOP Bhittarpara, Sahapur, Bilashipara, Ilshamari and BOP Rautbari of 84 BN BSF under SHQ BSF BHP.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPEpower cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation,and refilling the trench etc as required. (Excavation the existing faulty cable, removing the cable from the trench for identifying the faults and relaying the repaired cable in the trench) but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering.

Supplying and making straight through joint with heat shrinkable kit including ferrules and other jointing materials for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

SITC of outdoor mounted type cable joint box,primer coated with powder coated paint & provided with required gasket for dust/vermin proof suitable for 415V, 3Phase, 50Hz, 4 wire system fabricated out of CRCA sheet upto 2mm thick duly compartmentalized for bus section, complete with hinged doors having locking arrangement and providing detachable gland plate at the bottom of the box, complete with 200 Amps 4 Nos insulated aluminium bus bar supplied with suitable pedestal of 50mm x 50mm x 6 mm angle iron with 1000 mm longlegs(Minimum size of panel should be 600 mm x 450 mm x 450 mm)
