(including covering cloth and ornamental curtain) 11 Hire charges for stainless steel armed cushioned chair for 5 days including arranging the same as per the direction of Engineer in charge 12 Hire charge for 5 days platform/vertical partitions with 18 mm marine plywood or equivalent for raised platform and similar works including cost of all labour charges for fixing dismantling charges cost of materials for fixing etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in charge (including frame work) 13 Hire charges for providing and fixing coloured bamboo pole with flag of standard size as per the direction of site Engineer in charge 14 Miscellaneous items required for stage decorations 15 Hire charge for providing ornamental curtain (single layer) using good quality approved curtain materials (for stage and Trophy stand) 16 Hire and labour charges for 5 days for providing German Hanger Aluminium width 20-25m clear span Engineered German aluminium hanger structure, the minimum centre height should be 7.6m and minimum side wall height shall be covered with 750 gsm poly vinyl coated fire retardant and water proof triple layered blackout high tensile fabric ontop and one short sides including conveyance of all materials and labour charges for erection and dismantling and removing the same. 17 Hire and labour charge of green net pandal
