The unit should be as per AERB safety standards. 8. The X-ray machine should have wireless flat panel X-ray detector which should be able to do all routine radiography examination. 9. Instructions and regulatory approvals 1. The main unit must have USFDA/European CE approval form a notified body 2. Company should have previous record of similar or same unit in Veterinary/Government institutions in state of Punjab or Northern India. 3. The company/firm should not be blacklisted/debarred either in Government Departments/Agencies in State of U.T., Chandigarh, Any State or Central Government Department/Agencies etc. as on the date of submission of the bid in the present tender. 4. Company should provide list of installations along with supply order, customer contact details. 5. Company must submit original catalogue and product data sheet conforming specifications along with the tender. 4 Installations. Warranty. CMC. etc 1. Company should have service center in Punjab/Chandigarh/North India, please furnish details. 2. Complete unit should have comprehensive warranty of 2 years 3. Complete transportation, delivery, installation (including laying of HT cables, if any) and commissioning, handing over shall be done by the firm. 4. Firm must quote comprehensive Maintenance contract ( CMC) price of post warranty period for the next 3 years. 5. Complete formalities for procuring the AERB permission and ready to use licenses will be firms responsibility after receiving the order. 6 QA certification after every two years will be firms responsibility in warrantee and CMC period. 7 Training to the staff is to be provided after installation.5 Turn key work 1. Any civil and electrical work to install the machine will be responsibility of the supplier. 2. Firm shall also be responsible to modify the assigned area for installation of 1000 mA large animal X-ray machine as per requirements of radiological safety guidelines. 3. Lead glass 3x4 Ft should be supplied with the machine and its installation will be firms responsibility. 4. Lead lining work for doors and windows is to be done by firm. 5. The firm should provide adequate Air Conditioners for maintaining the ambient temperature in the X-ray exposure room and console room 6. The firm should provide rubber padding for the floor of X-ray exposure room. 7. The company have right to visit the site before quoting the tender under approval of the Medical Officer of Health, Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh 8. The supplier should ensure that the above said equipment is ready to use without any additional financial liabilities. 6 Accessories 1.
