Page 3 of 4 03 The supply/execution of the work is subject to acceptance by BEML Inspection/Electrical maintenance department. 04 Warranty: The Audio system along with all the Attachments & Accessories shall be guaranteed for a period of 01 year. During this period any part found defective shall be repaired / replaced by the firm at free of cost. 05 Work / Service to be completed with in 30-45 days from the date of GeM Order. 06 All workers being employed for the work shall be covered under statutory requirement of ESI, EPF, police verification certificates, workman compensation policies#etc. 07 The contractor shall provide necessary personal protective equipments (PPE#s) for his workmen and all safety precautions to be taken during execution of work. Necessary work permits shall be taken through maintenance department, safety department while executing the work. 08 The contractor is solely responsible for any accidents to the labour force due to failure to take safety measures. 09 In the event of any accident / injury / disablement, the firm shall arrange to pay the requisite compensation, legally payable to the concerned worker/dependents, and absolve BEML in case of any claims arising thereafter.
