Tender For Following Work To Be Carried Out At Various Sub Station Under Etsd I Under Etd Iii Agra- 1 Erection of main & auxiliary galvanized structure consisting of column (Beam and auxiliary structure required for installation at 33 KV Isolator and all other associated work the job including of shifting of all material i.e. structure parts nut bolts, washer etc. from store to site for erection of structure as per relevent drawing and practice using flat & spring washer with each whole. Matching of member if required shall also be done by the contractor with of any extra cost to complete the job. 2 Erection of 33 KV Bus Isolator along with structure with its all accessories as PI/mom base earthing terminal /terminal connector etc. as per instruction manual/ drawing including shifting of material/equipment from open store to erection site and its alignment so that it can be operated smoothly in open/close 3 Erection of 145 KV PT along with junction box helped crane/special T&P etc. as per instruction manual/drawing including shifting of material/equipment from open store to erection site and all other associate work to complete the job. 4 Erection of 33KV LA including fixing of LA Terminal connector, etc. 5 Hang out & strengthing of single zebra conductor jaw bus at 132 KV (RYB phase in one job) having span of 12 meter including opening/cutting of conductor, fixing of tension fitting and also shifting fo conductor from open store to site and back after completion of work it remainiing left. 6 Dismentling of defective (0.2 accuracy) 145 KV PT (03 nos.) with the help of crane after remove the terminal connector and connected control wiring in the presence of JE including work of safely shifted all 03 nos. defective CVT from switchyard to open store. 7 Jumpering of 132 KV LA/CT, 33KV LA/Isolator (RYB Phase in one job) of single zebra/panther conductor from jack bus to LA & CT etc the above jumper/dropper jointing by the suitable size of PG/terminal connector including work of cutting of conductor as per required and shifting of all material as PG clamp/T/C etc, nut bolts) from store to site and all other associated work required for completion of work satisfactory. 8 Safely carriage of 03 nos. 145 KV PT from 220 KV S/S Bah to 132 KV S/S Pinahat by the private vehicle including work of loading 03 nos. 145 KV PT on private vehicle 220 KV S/S Bah with the help of crane and unloading 03 nos. 145 KV PT at 132 KV S/S Pinahat through the crane and other associated work to complete the job crane with operator and vehicle provided by the contractor. 9 Dismentling of 33 KV LA from ALP with the help of skilled labour & T&P/Repe and special T&P etc. after opening T/C. 10 Laying of control cable in cable trench from control room to 33 KV Isolator as per cable schedule after remove trench cover and its cover as its after complete the work. 11 Termination of cable as laid including orpoer ferulling, dressing tying and tagging of making necessary hale in gland plate in bore where as required cable glands of appropriate size. It’s termination with crimpping lugs at lug/glands/ferrule etc will be provided by the contractor. 12 Delta earthing of 33KV LA (LV side of T/F 40MVA/63MVA) consisting of fabrication of delta set with 06 nos. 40/36mm dia, 03 meter land MS Electrode having conical safe at one end. Its placing inside the around the 03 nos. LA in rectangular safe than all MS electrode connecting with 75×10 mm/50×6 mm flat on 300 mm and 600 mm deep (03 nos. ring) and also its connect to existing equipment by 50×6 mm flat and further checking of earth strip at welding joints each ends after this painting of the earth strip by green color 02 coat at 1st quality (Aisan/Burzer/Nerolac) after rubing, cleaning by the every paper etc. Including work of all material as MS flat/electrode etc shifted from open store to site and back to store it remaining after completion of work. 13 Dismentling of Isolator of dropper/jumper of 132 KV & 33KV LA, Isolator, CT, etc.this work include opening of PG clmap, terminal connector, isolator connector etc.
